Spring Garden Pasta Salad

8 oz whole-wheat pasta or tri-colored pasta
1-1/2 lbs broccoli flowerets
8 oz small fresh mushrooms, quartered
1 bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Creamy Garlic Italian Dressing

Preparation

Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan until tender but firm. Drain. Rinse in cool water. Spray with cooking spray.

Combine pasta and remaining ingredients except dressing in a medium-size bowl.

Pour dressing over salad. Toss and serve.
